I am looking for more energy and a better mood in the a.m.
these days and I’m bored of our breakfast choices at work so I’ve been making a
smoothie to get me going:
BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup Almond milk (vanilla or plain) -or- skim milk, soy,
etc.
2 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
It has been hitting the spot for me and I’m usually not
hungry until lunch!
