Tossed Salad with Chicken Breast
Lite Salad dressing
Dinner Roll

Tea
2 Rice Cakes w/ Peanut Butter
DINNER
Brown Rice (about ½ cup)
Salmon
Green Beans
No Sugar Added Fudgsicle
