I consistently feel less bloated and more energetic without you, but oh how I miss you!

  1. I miss bread too...a lot! But when I do eat it now I remember how bad it made me feel so that keeps me going for a few days. Right now though I'm craving a big latte and a bowl of hearty oatmeal with nuts and fruits!
